IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

On XX.XX Port Nyranzaru will organize a festival to celebrate Mahapatra's birth. This initiative was made by Roxanne Arcturus as a means to boost civilian morale.

Her declaration below:

"XX.XX is a date that marks two contrasting events. On this day, our Grand Mother, Leeli, had fallen, and we have been mourning her since. Also on this day, Mahapatra had hatched from his egg. I believe that our god deserves to be celebrated, even if just this once, as his efforts have brought us where we are now: a world with no slavery, a world where you may love whoever you love, a world where you may bring forth life."

"We will be having a traditional feast in the presence of The Consulates. As we all know, Mahapatra likes flower crowns very much, so we encourage citizens to bring the most beautiful ones they can make."
